I am trying to gather some information on the cam follower failure rates, and hope that this thread may prove useful in the future for owners who are fighting with AoA or their dealership to get the follower replaced under warranty. Modifications can be anything, for example I selected modified, yet my only modification is a Forge DV.

The poll is fairly simple, either stock or modified, failure means that you have had to replace the cam follower due to wear (even if it just the cam follower that had to be replaced).
