Hi , new to the group, got a A4 b7 2.0tdi. I've had a code come up on a cheapy obd11 scanner after jump starting it after a low battery , I changed the throttle body for a new one and it's still the same so sent that back , I've checked the 15amp fuse under the ECU and that's Intact , the code clears but after returning to the car it comes back on as does when you turn the ignition on 3 times it clears but comes back on after returning. There is no difference in performance . What can it be guys ? Thanks

Code P2108 is related to Throttle Body (near the dipstick), you basically have to replace the EGR Value, or take it out and clean it. (Not an expert or something like that, just experience and worth giving a try)
