Default Dealer scuffed rims - any recourse?

I had winter tires installed over my OEM ti rims today, and when I picked up the car, I noticed a few very minor scuff marks near the centers of the wheels (probably from the tire changer). I'll admit up-front that it's pretty minor, however, the reason I paid the premium and went to the dealer was specifically to have recourse if any wheel damage occurred.

Is some amount of scuffing unavoidable, or should I follow up with them? I can post pics later, if it's subjective.

TIA.

If it's minor a light polishing would likely take care of it

Default Related question: any tips on touching up titanium rims?

I have one small area of curb rash just on the very outside of the rim on one wheel (no damage to spokes), and a few areas where the glossy coat on the wheels is rubbed dull.

I've found some great threads here on repairing this type of minor rash/dullness with silver paint & clearcoat, but obviously that only applies to silver painted wheels.

If anyone has tips on touching up or polishing the titanium wheels, let me know.
