Dyno Run on a A4 2.0T FSI + Revo software

Hey everyone! This past weekend we had the opportunity to dyno a stock A4 FSI 6 speed tranny. We wanted to show how much further these engines can be tuned with just a simple software upgrade. Last time I posted, we showed a Golf FSI with DSG tranny + Revo software putting out 197whp/225ft/lb torque stock to 220.5whp/235ft/lb of torque. here's the link in case you haven't seen it... http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=2549032 We gotta call from Revotechnik that they were sending one of their tech's to come to our shop and revise the FSI software on a A4. So we asked one of our clients if we could burrow his car for 2 days, and he approved. Once Nick from Revo came down it was on with the tuning. This was 2 days and over 50 runs to achieve the smoothest and highest power out of the engine. These runs were all done in 90-93*F weather, humidity 57*, Intake temps were between 45*-60*C temps, barometric pressure 30.00

Base run was: 202WHP/221ft/lb torque
Final consistant runs: 227WHP/294ft/lb of torque
what impressive numbers!

While I can not read the AFR scale, it seems that there is a delay from closed loop to open loop.
Just my observation from the dyno graph in the photo album....
To eleborate, peak torque was already achieved but AFR kept consistant (probably stoich AFR 14.7:1) until 4K RPM. Shouldn't it transition alittle faster to support added boost on the peak torque zone. I am sure TPS was 100% when it saw peak torque.......
It is rather a questions not to doubt or criticize the REVO tuning at all!!!!!

Re: Dyno Run on a A4 2.0T FSI + Revo software
yes the file for the A4 FSI is going to be revised soon for everyone. i'm sure they're working on it. now for you guys with the question on AFR, where are you seeing that it's delaying, the A4 graph doesn't have AFR readings. i only have the stock to revo HP and torque overlay and that's it. you must've been looking at the Golf FSI link which AFR is shown, but on those runs the wideband was not calibrated like i stated. oh and thanks for the pics help i didn't know how it was done on this site.
