Whew... It started off simple but did it get crazy. ~1.5 hours of wasted time. There seems to be basically two options:

1) (Prefered Option) Find some one with small hands and have them reach into the front and untwist/twist the bulbs into place

2) Remove front end of car. Couldn't believe this is what the "factory manual" system recommeded for changing the fog lights.

Alls well that ends well - The all-weathers look great and they are definitely a better match compared to what comes from the factory. A picture really didn't provide a good contrast of before/after - so please use your imagination...

interesting!.. most people were saying that you have to pull the bumper off to change the fogs!
