Fuel system problem

My Audi A4 has fuel system problem. When I park on a slope, the engine wont start the moment I try to turn it on untill after I push the car to a flat surface. Also, when the fuel is low (1/4 tank), it will jerk and cut-off when I stop or slow down. But from there it will kick ok when I start the engine. What can be the cause of this problem and how do I solve this??

corrupted file in the ecu or the ecu itself..my 2 cents

Fuel filter? or fuel pump? My fuel pump was replaced about 3 months ago but could'nt solve anything. Well, one technician told me that maybe the fuel pump was'nt installed ok. Will look into that.
