Fuse keeps blowing

Fuse keeps blowing
I wonder if anyone can help... there are two fuses next to the ecu on the audi a4 s-line 2007 both 15amps one fits ito a red socket and the other into a blue .... could someone tell me what the blue socket fuse is for ( yes I am A noob)...as this keeps blowing
