Default H&R coilovers and problem with tire

I have H&R coilovers on my A4 2.0TS Quattro 2007.
Have about 1cm between tire and fender.
Have noticed that the tires are realy bad on the inside, but have 5mm left on the middle.
4wheel alignment is done right after mounting the H&R. The wheels have gone about 600 swedish miles.
My workshop told me that the camber cant be adjusted.
The tires on the cars right side are worse than on the left side.

Default i went ~1k miles before getting an alignment on my car. if you stfa that's pretty standard...

i've had no issues. (stasis ss co's)

how low is your car? if it's slammed that could possibly cause issues.

Default That is a damn good looking avant

But as for the coils, you're supposed to let them settle for 500 miles (or about a week), and then have the car aligned

Default yes, you'll end up with negative camber on the front,

with correspoinding additional wear on the inside, as you noted. However, in addition to alignments, you can have tires remounted left to right, to give additional tread to wear off on the inside.

Also, and I'm not sure about this, you can raise the car just slightly and reduce the negative camber on the front. I got 31k miles with H&R coilovers on an Avant.

Default Camber can be adjusted

It's just a real PITA. A good alignment shop should be able to at least even out the camber so it's close to the same on each side.

When I replaced my Vogtland Coilovers with the Stasis SLs earlier this month the alignment shop was able to get a little more negative camber in the front than what they were able to get before (I wanted more negative).

Vogtland L -1.45 R -1.32
Stasis SL L -1.59 R -1.60

Great looking Avant, though!!
