Have a question about wheel spacers if anyone can help...
So there are some wheels i really want to use, but it looks like I'm gonna have to use 8mm spacers to get them to clear my front brakes. My concern lies in this disclaimer found on the H&R site and an almost identical warning on Eibach's site for their spacers: <font color="red">"H&R 8mm DR Spacers may "cover up" the entire portion of the hub reserved for hub-centering due to their thickness and lack of a built in hub-center on the spacer itself, this can lead to vibration issues once driven on."</font> so... what are my options? The wheels have a 73mm bore and come with the hub centering ring which reduces them to the correct 57.1mm size. Is there a different kind of spacer available that will just fit into the wheels 73mm bore? I hear i can get away with 5mm spacers, and just shave my calipers down a few mm, but that makes me nervous, lol. TIA for any advice!

What size are the wheels? .....
I'm running 18x8 et43 wheels with 10mm spacers which makes them et33.
I have used 15mm spacers in the rear which made it almost flush with the fender, and et28.
I would think that et30 would fit ok depending on the wheel/tire size.
I know my wheels could easily be 3mm farther out and not have any issues. I'm on stock sport suspension also.
If you're slammed, this may be another problem.

they're 19x8...
I STFA, and it looks like there are a few people running 18x8.5's at et30 without a prob. I have the sport suspension now, but will be putting on H&R springs before the wheels. The wheels I want are only 8" wide, which i believe makes them a bit more than 12mm narrower (or 6mm on each side) than an 8.5" wheel. I can also run a 235/35/19 tire instead of the 245/35/19 tires I was thinking about, which would be another 10mm narrower (or 5mm off either side). My math might be messed up though, because i can't imagine that an 8.5" wide wheel with 245's is 22mm wider than an 8" wheel with 235's. *sigh*
