Default When I fill up it takes about 16-16.25 gallons...

so for a 16.6 gallon tank, I let it get really low.

I usually drive 10 to 20 miles after the estimated fuel remaining reads 0 miles.

*to give you an idea of the amount of fuel we are using to compare distance per tank*

I cant see how these guys get so much more...they must have the A/C off and drive slow or something

Default do they change formulations where you are? (e.g. winter/summer)

They do up in the Northeast. Even with the change over to E10, I've been averaging the same, if not slightly better, than the winter formulations. Still not as good as it once was, though...

Default I definitely don't drive slow...

I use the extra hp from the APR flash! I don't use the A/C too much either...I usually have my windows down and sunroof back which is more inefficient than using A/C anyway.

*before my ecu got flashed I was getting between 350 and 400 miles per tank*

doesnt that cause all the gunk at the bottom of the tank to get into the engine?

Default If there is 'gunk' in the tank...

it's going to get into your fuel lines regardless of how much fuel is in the tank. If it's bad enough the fuel filter would clog (doing its job) protecting the engine.

350 is about average for me...my best is around 410, but the tank must have been almost empty

Default My highway/city split is about the same...

averaging ~27mpg.

Could the two different high pressure fuel pumps in use on the B7 (06F127025B vs. 06F127025F) have something to do with it? I doubt it...

What tire pressure do you run?
