Jan 2007 Lease Residuals and Money Factor?
Hey,
Before you pound on me, I've spent hours searching AudiWorld and the internet. Also, I would go get the info from the dealership but Austin is currently having an ice/snow "storm."
Anyway, I want a 2yr/10mi or a 2yr/12mi for an A4Q 2.0T. I've seen an MF of .00115 or .00080. Residuals range from 75% (for the 2yr/10mi) to 74% (for the 2yr/12mi). The MF's on LeaseCompare (of .000313) just seem way too high.
Thanks for any help! Matt

Re: Jan 2007 Lease Residuals and Money Factor?
For me and call me stupid I dont look at the .00115 or anything like that. I take the price of the car - trade in or down payment - monthly payment for that time and see what that # is. Then compare it to previous yrs and see if the money I deducted is with in the resale value that my final number is down to. If my number is below that I will not do the lease if I am higher then that # I take the lease. I never buy the car after a lease so its more of what do they think the car will be worth after my time with it. Did I confuse you? No matter what car dealerships always, let me rephrase, ALWAYS come out ahead

Ok, get this...
Roger Beasley Austin says they can't do a 2yr/10mi lease only a 2yr/15mi one. The residual is 63% (cough) with a MF of .00100.
That's horrible! Do residuals and money factors vary by region? I'd hate to see their 3yr residual. Anyway, I guess I should live where z400central is located.
