Default lost turbo

last night i heard a loud sound like a blow off valve and lost my turbos power the turbo is making a whinning noise whenever i hit the gas pedal and does not have much power to the car. still drives but i threw a check engine light also. what could the problem be?

Default I'd start with checking the DV..

It'll cause a fluttering noise when you generate boost.<ul><li><a href="http://www.purems.com/products/product.php/II=2038">Diverter valve</a></li></ul>

Default Check the throttle body hose.

One of the hoses blew off...start with that one. When you find the right hose, put it back in place and tighten the clamp (odds are whomever serviced the car last left a clamp loose).

They are electronically controlled on the 2.0T? Crazy!

i checked the code and it was multiple misfires in cylinder 1 and 2

Yup, although two simultaneous failures and letting off a loud noise is odd.
