i bought a wideband o2 sensor from i believe its autometer or...
something like that. its a well known brand. it was like 3xx.00 dollars. i am going to be installing it once i get the meth kit put in. the reason i went with that one is because it can work with nos and meth and it does not give you estimated or around that area of accuracy. its almost dead on. it has the color bar and the dgital numbers.

the one i have is a black face...
but unfortunatly, it does not fit into the vent guage. www.podi.ca has a pod that wil fit on top of your steering wheel column. it looks very good and does not look cheap what so ever. its like 130$. i have it and it looks perfect and stock. im not sure where you can find 42 aside from the 52mm. sorry

innovate don't mess with anything else.. but really you don't need one
These cars have a wideband stock. just get a VAG com and log block 031. It will show actual and requested AF.
Also assuming you have not removed the N75 the car will do everything in its power to maintain the requested AF. Chances of running lean and damaging the engine are pretty non existant. If the car starts to lean out past the requested AF it will actually pull back boost and timing. Worst case it will just slam the TB shut. So there is little reason to have one for daily use in regards to safety.
Heck if you know your car wel enough you'd be able to tell from the boost guage and how its pulling back.
