Default Possible Oil Leak

Went out today to my garage and noticed a big oil spot on the floor. It could be a leak from any one of four cars...cadillac, lexus, mercedes..or my beloved baby audi. what would be an indication of this on my a4...if it was leaking. I know..stupid question..but ill ask it anyways. Any places should i check..or if i pressed the maintenance button (wrench button by dasboard) would it tell me if there was a problem? Either way would appreciate the help.

Default Look around the engine bay for signs of oil leak as a start

The maintenance button won't tell you anything other than the next time it needs to go in for service.

Default Check oil level

If you have a engine oil leak, you should see the level go down on the dipstick.
