My B7 is long gone, so I'm trying to remember, but I think the nozzle pops right off. Then loosen the nut and take off the old assembly, replace in reverse order with the new parts.

Today I replaced the original equipment rear wiper assembly on my 2008 A4 Avant with similar parts from a 2009 Q5. It fits perfectly and actually wipes and cleans the glass, as opposed to running a few pressure point tracks. The original parts don't work well at all; these work like the uniblade wipers on the windshield.
For those who would like to do the same procedure, here are the part numbers:
Wiper Arm: 8R0-955-407-1P9
Wiper Blade: 8R0-955-425
Cap: 8K9-955-205
You just gently pull up and remove the center cap, remove the washer fluid nozzle, unscrew the nut holding down the wiper arm and pull off. Reverse to install.
