RNS-E Problem

Something very weird has just happened. The RNS-E stopped responding to all controls. I can no longer use ANY button on the display, nor on the steering wheel. Only the volume buttons still work. All the rest are dead. I can't even open the display to remove the disc and the memory cards from it.

Anyone have any ideas or should I take it directly to the mechanics?

Hold down the power/volume **** and reset it.

That's just turning it on and off. To reboot the RNS-E

Hold the AM/FM button and the last button all the way to the right (I think it is Setup) until the unit turns off then back on.

Holding the down the **** resets mine. Perhaps your firmware is different.
