Yes. I am actually going to be getting one of the cars... but the Challenge package.
You have to buy the package when the car is new and through a certified STaSIS dealer.
The car then has the items listed on the website (STaSIS) added to the car. These items are financed with the purchase of the car and are factored into the payment. So no out of pocket expense just a slightly higher payment.
STaSIS warranties all of the upgrades to match the factories.
If you were to price out the upgrades separate from the package you would be paying almost twice as much. Really quite a good deal, IMO.
I would suggest you call Alex at STaSIS and he can answer all your questions.
Tell him Ben referred.

As a disclaimer, I am involved with STsSIS's racing program although, it is a separate business from the retail operation.

I am in W.LA. COSTCO has a car buying program that has discount pricing.
if you are a member you get special no-haggle pricing, but you have to use a dealer that works with the COSTCO program.
My 'rents just bought a Lexus 300 SUV thingie for just above invoice with no BS.
Some have said you basically get your car for around 500 or so over invoice.. I have not priced anyting yet though..
Considering I am looking at a loaded S-line w/Ti packge and was planing to mod my car anyway, this may be the way to go. As long as they provide a warranty with this and the price is right, i.e. less than an S4, I'm good.

I am not positive but.....
I believe it has to be serviced where it was purchased from. I am not sure if retail has a dealer in LA area yet but we have been getting A LOT of calls from dealers all over the country about the program. If you call Alex on Monday I am sure he can help you out.
