Default TCM Replaced

The dealer replaced my transmission control module aka TCU / TMC under warranty on my 2006 A4, Cab, CVT automatic transmission . In replacing the TCU/TCM did the dealer necessarily replace the transmission fluid. I am going to replace the differential fluid and would also replace the tranny fluid if it was not done.

Thanks

I do not think the supercharger is at fault either. It seems some seals are leaking coolant, start there, and fix the problem, don't throw parts at it.
The intercoolers should be tested, don't just think they have failed. Sometimes just the seals can fail. That is where the coolant is entering the cylinders.
Find a good mechanic who has experience with the 3.0.
