I have an 07 A4 Cabriolet and need to replace the MMI BT module. The current module is water logged. got the top fixed now I want to replace. Does anyone have a DIY? I understand it is under the passenger seat. I was going to remove the 4 bolts that hold seat in place and push it backwards onto the back seat so I can get to the module. I guess the issue is how do I get to the module under the carpet? My car has a heat duct under the seat for the back seat occupants. Is the information I have discussed already correct?
