Timing Belt/ Tensioner
I own a 2006 A42.0T and is currently at 66K. My local shops says I have less then 5K to do work on my timing belt tensioner because the belt is making an abnormal sound that is getting louder. I looked at the Audi Maintenance program and it says it’s that timing belt work is to be done at 75K. Around what mileage do you guys have been changing your timing belt? Has anyone else experience abnormal timing belt, timing belt tensioner and/or assembly wear?

Well, if the engine is starting to make abnormal noises, it's best you get it checked out before driving any further. If the timing belt goes it causes catastrophic damages.
General rule is to inspect the belt around 60k, and service it somewhere around 75k-90k.
However if your car is making abnormal noises address it sooner rather than later.
