Trunk/Boot is dead??!?

So coming home from some shopping today, held down the 'trunk open' button on the key and as normal the trunk popped open - no problems.

Tried the same an hour later and the trunk would not pop open. "Stange" I thought!

Then on starting the car I have warnings for blown rear left fog light, rear right fog light, and number plate light - added to the trunk lock not working it means there is nothing working in the trunk.

Taken the trunk and lid to pieces and can see the loom come out of the trunk lid and into the car, where it joins up with the looms from the parking sensors, brake lights etc and disappears into the car - all of the brake lights, parking sensors are working fine.

Is there a fuse hidden somewhere for just the trunk lid? Even though I have previously retrofitted Cruise, RNS-E, Coming-Home lights, TV, and Parrot/MFSW interface (therefore this fix should be easy!), I am completely stumped by this one!!!

Any ideas?
