VAG'd the parking (amber) lights today... found out some interesting stuff
I did the following VAG and it worked fine:

Block 09 Central Electronics
01023 original USA number
01021 Enables High/Fogs, kills amber running lights (flash only)</B>
It worked out where my parking lights in the front (amber light) does not turn on anymore when the headlights are on. Also, my foglights stay on if I turn on the high beams. No problems there as I expected that. Here's what I did find out that didn't work....
Supposedly you are supposed to be able to turn on the foglights when the switch is in 'parking light' mode but this did not work, like it does on the B6. I changed the block from 01023 to 01021, but when I tried different numbers like 22 or 20, it would always default back to the last 'working' setting of 21. I was trying to see if there were any other codes that I could try to play with that might activate it. I didn't find anything on Ross-Tech's website. Anybody else run into this situation? Not that it really bugs me but I was just expecting the foglights to work w/out the headlights after the VAG mod.
