Default Vibrating Avant 3.2 Quattro FSI Auto

My 2007 Avant 3.2 Quattro FSI Auto has had numerous problems It has had the gearbox replaced twice (+ torque convertor), a new propshaft bearing, gearbox mounts changed, both CV joints replaced on the front driveshafts and the rear diff oil replaced. It is still almost undrivable with a bad vibration on acceleration once the car is warm. It also is not keen on corners but I have been told that is a joy of 4wd. The vibration is worse at low speeds and setting off, uphill it is terrible. I have seen a lot on vibrating Audis but no definitive cure. My local Audi independent has had it on a ramp and thinks it is the rear diff as he can hear an uncharacteristic whine from it. However the transmission guy he put me onto says that these diffs are bulletproof and so he doubts it. Other suggestions are the rear driveshafts cv joints. This would be a fabulous little car if it worked properly but so far it has been a moneypit.
