What's the depreciation over the 1st year?

I'm looking at a 2005.5 and the asking price is $1000 less than invoice with 4500 miles on it. 5mo old. What should the asking price be? It's CPO, BTW.

Jump on that deal; CPO; 5 mo. old and only 4500 miles; under invoice

It's all good unless there is some catch which I doubt
