Where can I repair the road rash on my rims
I have road rash on all the rims of my 07 2.0T. I installed the snow tires from my previous car 225-45-17 instead of the 235-45-17 it drove fine and the speedo was fine but whenever I got close to the curb it would rub the wheels instead of the tires. None of the road rash is terrible but annoying. I heard it might be possible to repair this? Any idea where? Thanks.

You can find wheel repair shops in the phone book. Also, tire stores and detail shops usually have people that the use. Be carefull who you choose. Check out their work first. I had a wheel totally ruined by a repair shop. Audi dealerships have people that they send wheels to as well. It may cost more but you can probably trust whomever they use. Make sure they use factory paint/finish.

Fix it yourself for about $50

It's not difficult and if you really booger it up, you can always take it to a shop.

https://forums.audiworld.com/a4b7/msgs/78390.phtml</a
