Windshield replacement for the A4 B7 and rain sensor
Hey guys/gals.
I thought I remember reading someone stating that there are two different windshields for the A4 B7. One allows for rain sensing and one doesn't. I just got a call specifying that my windshield received a nice, final crack.
So question:
* If two different windshields exist, can I replace it with the windshield that doesn't allow the rain sensor to work? I hate that sensor!!! If I can, do I loose the auto-sensor for my headlights though.

Adaptation Channel 13 in the Central Electronics module is the area to look at.
