Default would they notice?

i have a sport package b7, and my dad's buying an a3 this weekend. after my lease is over, i'm going to take the a3. would the dealership notice if i swapped the wheels on the car before i returned the lease, because i've seen b7's with the a3 wheels, but i think they're the non-sport pkg's. anyone's input with some inside info on dealership's checklists when you return the would be appreciated.

Default A3's are 5x112 now, not the old 5x100, but the offsets might be different...

Tires are slightly smaller for the A3 for sure - 225/45-17's instead of the 235/45-17's that the A4's have.

Default My guess is they wouldn't notice....

I guess it really comes down to what it says in your contract? Does it specify anything about changing wheels and the such? What about having seperate rims for snows? What happens if you damaged one of the wheels?

I bet they wont even notice.

Default Maybe they won't notice, but do you really want to "steal" those rims?

Because that's what you're doing.

Default they would not notice; I've turned in cars missing head rests, floor mats, etc

a used car we bought that was originally leased had the cargo cover over the cargo area (avant) missing, and it was turned in that way from lease... that's a $500 part
