2009 A4 Lease ? How much is to much to put down?

Ended up purchasing the A4 Quattro Manual with Sports Pkg on Friday. So far so good with the car. I'm loving the drive. Unfortunately though the car was bought from a FL dealer and I live in NC and am stuck with a front license plate grill that I don't need.

I'm not sure if this has already been said.
I wouldn't put any money down on the lease, unless it's necessary. I looked at leasing my new car, and I was going to put down $11,000 on it. But that was the money I expected to get from trading/selling my current car.
