so i wanna purchase one of these car year models. which one would you say is more aggressive? and whats the difference overall (interior/ exterior)? help this newbie out! thanks guys!!

2013 is I believe a b8.5. The grill and headlights got updated as well as the tail lights. For sure you have updated timing chain tensioner, which is a big deal.

You also have some interior updates - better steering wheel, better center console HVAC control, I believe the MMI is updated as well (3G+).

so which one would you say is more aggressive?? because one dealership was trtna offer me a 2013 audi for 26k with like 17.1k mileage. but then again i looked at the 2012 a4 and somethin about that car seems good ðŸ˜*ðŸ˜*

buy the 2013 and get the fixed engine.

B8s have a 2.0t with many problems. All was addressed in B8.5. Buy the B8.5 for peace of mind and a cheaper ownership experience.

My personal opinion is that the B8.5 is better looking. The exterior lines are a bit more edgy and some of the interior changes are an improvement. Some are subtle such as the metal trim around the edges of the window switches and most models have all of the MMI controls on the console (better optioned aside from the most base model).

I did like the tail lights of the B8 better but the headlights, fog lights, grille, etc. look better in my opinion.

Are all 2013 A4s the B8.5 or was the 8.5 phased in during the model year?
