Audi A4 B8 steering wheel noise

Audi A4 B8 steering wheel noise
Hello! Recently my car started to make noises while turning steering wheel ONLY to left side. The noise and vibration is combined with visible vibration of front wheels. I only saw it on left wheel, didn't check the right wheel while turning steering wheel.
I can add that I was suspecting left joint to be faulty beacause car tends to make knocking sounds while making sharp left turns (not when stationary in this case). It happens only when turning to the left. Could that be the problem?
