Hi all. please help me to Settle this problem. My 2013 Audi a4 electronic suspension is not turning on / not function well i think. The car became so lowered. when i drive the car its like i am riding a horse. It is so bumpy. does anyone know what to check or any simple Diy to Fix this problem? Thanks in Advance 🙏

A4 doesn't have air suspension. The adaptive dampers are not going to impact ride height, only ride damping. Same as always with electrical issues, scan for DTCs with VCDS, see what you have.

So, have you confirmed that the car is lower at all four corners or you just think that it is lower? If you have confirmed that the car is really lower by measuring the distance from the center of the wheel hub to the top of the wheel arch, is this car new to you? If the car is new to you, a previous owner might have fitted an air ride suspension of some sort and if so, you are kind of on your own to figure out what is going on. Otherwise, to find out what is going on do as SMac770 suggests.

Alright . Thanks for the info Sir. I already scan but
Nothing pop Up. But the Epc warning light is pop Up. Does that is One of the problem or are they closely related? Or It is not?

Hi Sir. Yes Ive confirm that the car is lower all four coners. Yes this car Is new to me. Before this happened, the car pop Up EPC. i think that is not the reason . Ive scan the car and the scanner pop up cam camshaft missfire. Thats the only related i think. Sorry for disturbing you sir. Thanks

What did you scan it with? Was it VCDS, or some generic OBD-II scanner? You need to look at the vehicle identification sticker and see what your actual suspension is. Look for the 1B_ code. 1BA, 1BE, 1BL, etc.

EPC is electronic power control. It's not going to be related to any suspension issues, unless maybe there's a CAN bus issue. If the EPC light is on, there's a DTC somewhere.
