Default Audi dealer told me if I were to order right now, the nav is on a 6 month delay. True?

I was out of town near an Audi dealer so I stopped by for a look. I asked them why they didn't have anything with NAV to look at and that's what the guy told me. I haven't heard that from the dealer near me, but I can't ask today (all dealers are closed on Sundays). I don't remember reading anything about this. Between all of the delays I guess I could have missed it though.

Default Dealers closed Sundays? You can't be serious... they should be selling the MOST on weekends

And I haven't heard anything regarding a Nav order delay. Dealer must have dreamed that while he was sleeping in on Sunday!

Some states still have the "Blue" laws that don't allow auto dealers to be open on Sundays.

Default Likely FOS and trying to move something on his lot already.

But I would just wait another nine months and order a 2010 model with the 3G MMI. It's vastly superior by all acounts anyways.

Default Yeah, I kind of figured. That dealer seems to suck compared to the one closer to me.

He did say that orders already made with nav were fine, but the supplier had a problem that delayed any new orders... I asked him about the new nav for next year and he said he hadn't really heard about that.

+1 that 3G should be worth it.

FWIW, our dealer in Cincinnati has B8's with Nav in stock.

Yup, Illinois is that way...silly law in today's world and very inconvenient.
