I drove by the dealer today and there was an Avant the same color as mine with a spot beside it. So I parked and took a few shots, hope this helps prospective buyers. The only caveat is that this is a stock Premium 2009 vs Premium S-Line 2010 (Canadian model).

I will never understand why Audi put dual exhausts on the Avant and not the sedan. Seems to me a sedan is sportier than a wagon (not that they're not both extremely capable cars).

Is it just me or is the passenger side front fender/bumper mangled on that other Avant?

Another subtle difference not many people notice is the S-line Avant has a slightly larger/longer rear spoiler over the rear glass. It's more of a cosmetic "cap" that fits over the standard rear spoiler, but it's definitely bigger.

The dual exhaust on the Avant is for better noise control (vs. sedan, which has a sealed off trunk space to isolate exhaust drone).
