Bluetooth?
I just purchased an Audi A4 2009. My phone shows my Audi as an option on my Bluetooth. When I look up instructions on how to connect it says to push the TEL button on the center console but I don’t have one. Can anyone help me connect my phone? Thanks!

The pairing process should just happen. To access the MMI telephone menu, you press the TEL button.
And I assume you meant to say "in the discovered bluetooth devices list on my phone, I see an Audi device listed". So when you click on it to pair, does it work, not work, ask for a PIN?

Keep in mind that the built-in Bluetooth on the B8.0 (be it MMI 2G for MY 2009 or MMI 3G for MY 2010-2012) is only for hands-free headset purposes. To stream music over Bluetooth, you'll need to get a Bluetooth AMI adapter to plug into the AMI port in the glovebox.

For US model year (MY) 2009, the A5 cabriolet was not yet out (for B8, the two-doors were branded A5 rather than A4). So Audi continued to sell the old B7 A4 cabriolet that year.
As such, that's a second gen CAN infotainment head unit (Symphony II) and won't have the 3rd gen button layout (https://www.ebay.com/itm/US-radio-ca...-/143653782155).
I would say check the B7 forums for Bluetooth options for that system, as the brochure for the 2009 A4 cab and the order guide page for the 2009 A4 cab make no indication that Bluetooth handsfree was an option. But possibly someone has retrofit something to that car, maybe a dongle on the glove box iPod interface? Exactly what is the device called that shows up in your phone discovered devices list? And are you sure it's not a past device, or another Audi in the area?
