Audi S5: Bluetooth issue

Audi S5: Bluetooth issue
I have had my S5 for 4 years and Samsung GS4 phone for the past year. Up until a few days ago all was well as regards full Bluetooth compatibility between the two.
As of 2 days ago I can no longer upload contacts from phone to Audi, although I can still receive calls, and make calls (by dialling the number). I have tried numerous things, including:
. trying different phones in my S5 .... no issues
. trying my Samsung in another car .... no issues
. rebooting my Samsung, including removing and replacing battery .... did not help
. resetting Bluetooth both in S5 and phone back to their respective Factory Default .... did not help
Any ideas!

Try unpairing them (remove the audi pairing from the phone) and then rediscover.
Once you pair it again, your phone will ask you whether you want to trust Audi and give it access to our phonebook and history. Agree to that and check "do not ask me again".
That should do it.
