Default Brake squeal after switching to winter wheels

I switched to my winter wheels (18" VMR 708's w DWS's) about 2 weeks ago and this past week and I am hearing brake squealing at a certain range of low speed braking. The car has around 6300 miles on it and went in for its 5k service 3 weeks ago. Temperatures have dropped down to the 30's this past week and I have been sitting in a lot more stop and go traffic which may contribute to this. I plan on doing a re-torque on the lugs this weekend to make sure everything is consistent. Anyone experience this after changing wheels? Any recommendations on anything else I should check?

Thanks

If your brakes are squeeking you probably have rotors that have a concave wear to them. I had the same problem with mine. I just got my first set of tires on my new 2009 A4 and my mechanic explained to me that even though my brakes are not in need of replacement, they have a concave wear pattern that is causing them to squeak.

I think the brake squeal is caused by the drop in temperature, not the change in wheels. Since the temperature dropped into the 0-25F range this week, my brakes also began to squeal, especially when I begin driving and the brakes are cold. Prior to this week, my brakes never made noise.
