Congrats on your new car!

I just realized from your dealer lot pics that you bought from HBL in Tyson's.
Who was your salesman? I was working with Joseph. How was the overall experience dealing with them?

You are correct that the car is from Audi of Tysons. I was very satisfied with their service and think I got a good deal. Tony was my salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone. He auto-forwards calls to his cell from his desk phone so is very available and helpful. Since they are one of the top Audi dealers in the nation they can make things happen. Though 99% of my satisfaction is due to the hardware itself.

The only one late to the party was Audi for leaving out rear LED's with the introduction of the B8. For the U.S., we've only had one model year of the B8 and it did NOT include LED taillights. My post was pointing out the rarity (and waste in tooling dollars) in changing the design so soon. Most car makers do not touch lights until a facelift.

I wish they kept split exhaust pipes like on the previous models... Other than that, very nice car...

I don't know what you get for the S-line for $10,000. I don't think is is that much more. I have a 2009 P+ 18" sports package that is an eye catcher and drives like a go cart. Every kid in towns loves the car. I get many compliments. Pretty girls turn and look and are surprised to see Grandpa behind the wheel. Much better looking than the standard A4. The wheels and lowered suspenion make the look. I have not bottomed out yet but I am careful on curb cuts. Need to buy snow tires for my setup.

BTW I came off a 2006 M35X in January and took delivery of my A4 in April. What and improvement. M had a great back seat but thats all it had. Not an issue for me.
