What are these devices to the side of the rear vision mirror at the top of the windscreen?
The smaller one on the right does emit infra red light
No idea what the right device is (left device from the driver's perspective), may not be an Audi OE device.
The object in the center of the windshield is specific to PR 7Q3, navigation system for Japan. It's the sender/receiver unit for the toll road system.
Interesting that Audi has an integrated solution for such a thing. Probably because it's uniform across the market there so worth developing and integrating. Audi seems to have a number of unique specifics in the infotainment electronics functions for that market.
