Extended Warranty

Do people normally get extended warranty for their new A4? I got a quote from my dealer on the Audi Pure Protection Platinum, $1995 for 7yr/70k. Is that a good deal? Can I do better?

you can search online from other companies, whats the deductible? did they give you other options?

make sure its a reputable company if you get it on line.

That's a horrible deal for a 3-year, 20K warranty (after you subtract the 4-year, 50K included with the car).

I'm not a fan of extended warranties anyway, but that one seems particularly bad.
