Interior lightining working only when engine started

I have A4 2010. Interior lights and MMI is working only then, when i start the engine. I checked with vag com - no faults, i checked fuses - all ok. Battery is full charged. So where is the problem?

look in the mmi for inter lighting,and see if the sw is on

There's no menu option like interior lightining on my audi concert. Is there any coding solution via vag com?

You do know that you can turn on the car without starting it, right?
Either press the start button or push the key in to the slot with your foot off the brake.
All electronics including lights can then be operated without the car running.

Yes i know that. When i press ignition key, i can tur on/off head lghts, i can open/close windows and other stuff. But MMI and inter lights are workng only then, when i start the engine
