Default Just installed Bilstein PSS10 coilovers

I just had a set of Bilstein PSS10 coilovers installed. My car was equiped with the Sport Package, and I had everything set up 30mm lower then that (so 50mm lower then stock). I'll be able to do a better write up once I get some more miles and track time on them. In the mean time, here are some pictures.

Looks great!

How's the ride with it so low? Bilstein PSS coils have a great rep though so I'm sure it feels great!

Cheers!

NickZag,

Looks great! I look forward to your review. I am jealous. Your Christmas came before mine.

Nice stance. Glad to see that you kept a good ride height. How is it with speed bumps at that height? (as far as clearance)

The ride height works fine with speed bumps, no issues at all there. I didn't want to go cholo style low, but wanted a decent stance. The only thing I'm not a fan of so far is the ultra thin spacer between the spring and the adjustable perch. It makes for a lot of road noise. The ride is good so far though.

Really really looks great in white with that stance and wheels.

Here in Michigan, I would be chicken to drop that low.

Have you hit any bumpy roads yet that have bottomed the suspension, or hit the bump stops? If it bottoms, is it a pretty sharp and loud bang?

I've hit a few big pot holes and it wasn't bad as far as the ride, but these coilovers are loud even with smaller bumps. The spacer between the spring and the adjustable perch is paper thin. The old stock strut had one that was probably 1/2 thick.

Do these coilovers use the factory rubber top mount or a solid metal mount? Car looks great!

No rubber top mount. Just a thing polyurethane washer. I did a more complete write up on audizine.
