Default Reset Service Due Message not working!!!

Here is a weird one. Just changed the oil. Dash still says "Service Due." I used the CAR Menu and reset oil change interval. Didn't work. I used my OBDEleven Dongle, reset service interval through the computer, Still not going away. Tried with the engine off, and on. Door open and closed, hood up and closed... Message still remains. I am at a loss... any ideas??? LOL

UPDATE: Used my OBDeleven but used the wrong reset. Found the Service Interval reset and it worked. Thanks uberwgn. You put me on the right path!!!

They're two different resets. The oil warning can be reset via the MMI in some cars, yours included. The SERVICE message is a dealer or VCDS reset, SMS.

I've always reset the service message from the MMI on my car. This is the first time I've had this issue...

I have a 2014 A4 and just reset the oil change interval through the MMI no problem but the service due still pops up so I think uberwgn is correct. It must be a separate.

Thanks! Your suggestion made me revisit my OBDeleven apps. Used the wrong reset at first. Thanks again!
