Default Time for serpentine belts change?

Just saw this mark on serpentine belt today! Is it the time for replacement?

I can't comment on the state of your existing belt. Is it known to be old? Maintenance interval for my 2009 is at 75k and then ever 80k after (that's miles). If it's not old, I'd be checking the pulleys to see if they are ok. I certainly don't find comfort in the uneven coloration.

Not sure when it got replaced last time! :-( Currently 100040 miles on the clock and no noise from the belt/pulleys.

Reg. Uneven color, Is that mean it is old belt and time for the replacement?

On the belt visual condition, that's where I can't say for sure. Not something I'm versed in. To be honest, the more important side of the belt is the ribbed-v section on the inside.
If you don't know if the belt is 25k miles or 100k miles old (are you converting km to miles, or is that actually 100k km? 75k miles is 125k km, so it wouldn't be time yet in km), you might replace it so you have a known baseline.
It's a $20 part (if you get an OEM belt instead of the Audi branded OE belt) and 20 minutes to replace (much easier to manage the belt around the crank pulley from underneath), so small cost for peace of mind I guess.

That looks like where the belt was joined in manufacturing? Check the ribbed side for any cracks when twisted.

As SMac said, cheap and easy to do so might as well do it.

Thanks for you response @treilley & @SMac770 . Will check on other side of the belt and change it if required.
