Transfering CPO warranty
I am looking to get back into an Audi again and have found a 2014 A4 I really like. The previous owner bought the car as a CPO. I asked the dealership if the CPO warranty was transferable as per the Audi USA website for the $150 fee. I was told the car wasn't eligible for the CPO warranty because the previous owner installed different springs on the car. I was under the impression that installing springs on your car wouldn't void a warranty and I am not asking for the car to be CPO'd again, just to transfer the existing warranty to me. Is my line of thinking in the wrong?

After chatting with AUDI I was told if you buy the car from a dealership instead of private party then the warranty cannot be transferred even if you get the original owner of the CPO warranty to fill out and submit the application. Once the car is turned into an Audi dealership then the warranty is no longer transferable.
Hope this info helps someone else.
