2020 A4 Navigation & MMI issues

2020 A4 Navigation & MMI issues
Hello all,
New to the forum, been looking around for a few weeks now.I have recently bought a 2020 A4 Avant S-Line 30 TDI for work (taxi driver). I'm having a few problems. I am the key user and all works fine with the my audi app and I have bought 1month of connect services. However it keeps trying to install these services and then says installation error please contact support. Also Navigation is stuck initialising, please wait. It has been like this for days. Sos light is green so car is connected. I've spoken to support and they have advised to take it to a dealer which I will but they can be useless at best with this sort of thing! Any help would be much appreciated. My wife's car is a 2022 A4 and all works fine with hers.
