According to the photo on ECS web site, looks the resonator was deleted.

But, HyperS4 installed Res Delete himself, so he must be right.

These are the instructions for the 034 delete I did. https://store.034motorsport.com/docs...tall-guide.pdf

You know what? ECS removes the rear part while 034 removes the front part. The 1 star review on ECS makes me believe they are changing the wrong part if the person said there was no change in sound.

When looking at the stock exhaust it looks like the rear part is a pre-muffler maybe: https://offerup.com/item/detail/318840434/

Thanks for the details, HyperS4! I knew you would know more.
BTW, are you going to put the resonator back at lease end soon?

There are two resonators. There is a center and there is the one closest to the dp (the blue arrow). There should be somewhat of a difference still though.

Yeah, all parts will be taken off the car prior to lease turn in.

I have removed the center resonator as well as both mufflers on mine and tried many different combinations for sound and no drone. I am currently running stock downpipe, stock front resonator, solo performance stealth series muffler where second resonator was and then straight piped out to the tips. The sound is great I find without being overly loud. You can tell it's not stock, but there is also no drone in the cabin. This is my daily and with a 2 year old who's ears were hurting from the drone I needed to find a solution. So hard to find a good sound without cabin drone with 4 cylinder engines.

As soon as the weather warms up here in Toronto I’ll get some photos and sound clips. It’s -20C right now but supposed to go up above freezing in the next few days. I’ll try get some then.
