Hey guys,

I was wondering if the A-pillar has air bags or is it just the one from the steering wheel for the drivers.

I read the manual and it seems like there aren't any air bags there. Basically any location with an air bag they said would be marked.

Not the A-pillar; just steering wheel and window

The torso airbag deploys from the B pillar. There is an overhead airbag that seems to cover the area above the driver's side window. There is of course the steering wheel airbag. And also an airbag that deploys from the lower section of the dashboard to protect the knees.

I think the overhead bag is long enough to protect against slamming into the A pillar based on the new small overlap crash test results, which it passed after having failed on the last model (B8).
