Completely off-topic and I apologize in advance, but my access in Centercode seems to be off - I can access the latest betas and can see the beta program in my "My Projects" section, but can't get to the forums.
Can someone PM me a contact over at Waze who can look into this for me?

Yeah. I've no idea how it's working either. It's too buggy to be a daily driver anyway, so I'll stick to the pretty excellent google maps.
Definitely off topic, but now every time me toddler gets in the car he wants me to ask google 'what noise does a pig make', 'a rhino', etc etc.

Waze is apparently available for AA for our Audis now. I just received the below email. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure out how to download it even though I'm a registered beta tester.

Hi Kevin
We just released a new version of Waze for Android Auto via the Play Store Beta Channel (The update for this version will show in your Play Store app - since it’s a closed beta, it will not show in the beta tab in the Play Store app).
Short clarification: Only Waze versions for Android Auto are distributed via Play Store Beta Channel, Waze regular release cycle versions are distributed with APK link.
Thank you all for your feedback! In line with your feedback, we made the changes below.
Note: For this RC version we focused on fixing bugs; new feature or UI changes will be added later. UI changes and new features require a driver distraction test and intensive testing.
What's new?
Speedometer:
Following your feedback we’ll add the Speedometer in a future version. As mentioned above, this version was solely focused on bug fixes.
Permissions:

That did the trick. Was able to load it in my car. So far so good, though I haven't driven with it yet. It looks like there isn't a way to report that a previously reported situation is no longer applicable. Looking forward to giving this a go on my commute home.

Well, I used it quite extensively on my 1-1/2 hour drive home and was quite pleased. I see that one can input that a reported incident is still relevant or no longer relevant once the box reporting the incident appears.
