All current A4's have LED taillights. The part I'm referring to is the diagonal white back-up light, which is also in the same spot on all current A4's. The facelift, if final, has removed the white from this area.

You are correct for the UK, the lower models, such as Sport, do not have LED tail lamps...

All models in the US have LED tail lights but lower model cars in RoW come with these

You are right, they are no different from the non-LED European base models. We in the US have the LED's, which are different than the above. So the spy car just shows what's already been offered in Europe.
