Nice! I should've saved $600 and went that route. The beauty of vinyl is the ability to remove it and re-do it if you get a rock chip or other blemish.

You could have gone to AliExpress.com and searched under a4 b9 matt chrome mirror covers they are the best for the money they look very close to the OEM and look way better than the wrap. Between $75 - $100 for the pair depending with or with out blind spot. They also have them on Ebay for $170. Had mine wrapped at first then got these no comparison.

Personal preference, but I avoid non-OEM parts except when it comes to performance.

I've seen others on here with the replicas. They look good, but not perfect.

I've bought loads of stuff for my cars (both oem and replica stuff) from aliexpress. For the price you pay, they are extremely good quality. I've never had anything go wrong yet. Well worth the price and no one will know they aren't oem unless you tell them or they're a petrolhead.

So have I, but it has been Asian market OEM. Not fond of replica items. Just me. I think working for an OEM like VW AG and Audi AG colored my opinion.

Yup. They do sell stuff that they've replaced on China cars. Sometimes, you get oem stuff too. And yes. I don't blame you. I just thought you had no experience with them and thought it was low quality stuff. To each his own

Someone posted a set with tires on the classified section for $1,000 + shipping! They are cheeeeap! I wish I would have come across that set.
